Our NetOptimus software uses complex algorithms to create the cost optimized FTTH network design. The NetOptimus software lists all possible designs with installation & material costs. Autocad (Map3D): the FTTH network design for Kirkliston with cost optimized routes and road-crossings.
- Jan 22, 2016 - ITS-NetOptimus™ is our fast & network cost saving software dedicated to accurate FTTH design. Output as dwg/dxf & GoogleEarth and on-line project planning.
- With over 25 years of experience in providing top level solutions and services to design, plan, build and maintain OSP Telecommunication networks, we’ve now developed a new web-based FTTH planning software that suits the needs of the FTTH/ FTTx business: ITS-NetProgress™.
- Dec 17, 2013 How do you design a FTTH network? This video demonstrates the FiberPlanIT Designer - an FTTx design software that automatically designs the to-build plan and creates a bill of material.
The European Digital Agenda, developed by the European Commission, assumes in its program, inter alia, a provision of access to high-speed Internet for the citizens of Europe. This imposed on individual Member States of the European Union an obligation to provide the access to broadband connection for every household by 2020. Owing to this initiative and financial support of the EU funds many local operators have received a chance to develop their network on which they will be able to provide new services.
Meeting the needs of telecommunication entrepreneurs, we offer a software that is designed to support their activities both at the stage of their FTTX / FTTH network planning, as well as during further works related to full preparation of investments, implementation and subsequent maintenance thereof.
Overall solutions consist of two products Geospatial Network Inventory and Ksavi Network Operations offering full features of a professional inventory system and network operation support services. Using free and open-source GIS (QGIS) and CAD (FreeCAD) software we developed a solution that while maintaining its functionality, will compete in price with other commercial products of this class.

Ftth Planning And Design Software
Rala Infratech AB has launched buildfibre.com.
Rala Infratech AB has launched buildfibre.com, billed as a user-friendly online guide to planning and delivering a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) project.
The FTTH design software has been developed exclusively by Rala, a Swedish supplier of passive equipment and FTTH project management. Sweden is one of the most advanced countries in Europe for FTTH; data collected by the FTTH Council Europe shows that the country is expected to have 20% of households subscribing to fiber connections by 2014.

“We want to make it as easy as possible to get started with an FTTH project,” comments Tobias Ahl, CEO of Rala. “With buildfibre.com you add properties, interested property owners, and access points in your community as you go -- simply by pointing on a map. The service helps any project manager to keep track of the project as it grows.”
Rala estimates that in the UK alone between 30 and 40 community projects are at an early stage of development where detailed and accurate plans would pay off, both in securing funds and saving money over the duration of the network installation.
“We wanted to make designing an FTTH network as simple as using a kitchen planner -- you sit down at home, design your dream kitchen, or in this case FTTH network, and get a detailed break down at the end of the process,' adds Rala's Ahl. 'Our experienced network project planners are also on hand to offer the right advice and suggestions.'
The buildfibre.com service runs on both Windows and Mac platforms as well as tablet formats. The software will be demonstrated at the FTTH Conference 2013 in London, February 19-21.
